Free Discovery Call (20 min)

 

We'll discuss your current health and health goals, and we'll discuss why you’re interested in plant-based nutrition coaching. I'll answer questions about the coaching service, and we'll explore whether the service is a good fit for your needs.

Initial Coaching Session (60-90 min)

 

We'll discuss your health goals in greater detail and will review your medical and dietary history. I'll answer questions you may have about your health, medical conditions and diet. We'll explore the health benefits of incorporating more plant foods into your diet as well as strategies for doing so. We'll work together to develop a personalized plan for you going forward, and we'll set initial dietary and/or lifestyle goals. 

Follow-Up Coaching (60 min)

 

We’ll follow-up on the previous coaching session by reviewing your experience with the dietary and lifestyle goals we’ve set, discussing successes and challenges thus far, answering questions, introducing new concepts and/or setting new goals.

Follow-Up Coaching (30 min)

 

We’ll cover the topics that are most pressing for you. This may include answering nutrition questions that have arisen, reviewing previous goals, setting new goals, exploring challenges, and sharing new information to help you progress toward your overall health goals.
