About Me

Love 2017.jpg

Hello and welcome! And thank you so much for visiting my website. I would love to meet you.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in whole food plant-based nutrition. I received my Master of Public Health degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Michigan School of Public Health and then completed my training to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). I previously had a 10-year career as an investment banker working with technology companies and completed my Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Stanford University.

As an RDN, I specialize in working with individuals who have chronic health conditions (like body weight concerns, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol) since shifting to plant-rich diets can significantly improve, and in many cases, even reverse these conditions. That said, I delight in working with absolutely anyone who is interested in giving plant-rich a try for any reason, so please don’t hesitate to contact me for a free discovery call.

I adopted a whole food plant-based diet myself about nine years ago after being an omnivore my entire life. The change had such a profoundly positive effect on me that I wanted to share it with others. Not only do I love food now more than I ever have, but I have gained a deep sense of purpose from knowing that I am eating in a way that treats animals with love and kindness and protects and heals our beautiful earth, the place we all call home. I’d be delighted to tell you more about my journey and why the shift to a plant-rich diet was pretty darn easy for me, and can be for you too!

As someone who has walked the path, I understand the joys and the challenges and would love to help you on your journey. I promise that it’s easier and a lot more fun than you may think. And whether your journey means simply trying a few new plant foods here and there or going cold turkey and becoming a vegan overnight, I’m here to support you. We can go at any pace you wish. And it’s important to know that whether you eat just a few more plants or many more plants, the change will benefit your health. Just know: You can do this!

Whatever your reason for exploring a new way of eating, I’m sure you’ll be grateful that you did. And I would be delighted and honored to work with you.
