Vegan Tzaziki

Ingredients:

16 or 32 oz container of unsweetened non-dairy yogurt (almond or soy are best choices; don’t use coconut yogurt due to saturated fat content; pkg must say “unsweetened otherwise it will contain added sugar)

1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped OR 4 Tbsp dried dill (more or less based on your taste buds)

1-2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1-2 tsp garlic powder (more or less based on your taste buds)

½-1 cucumber, with or without peel, as you wish

1/8 tsp salt or more (to taste)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and serve with freshly-cut veggies, WASA crackers or over rice or baked potatoes. This tangy tzaziki goes great with many different dishes. This treat is so delicious that you won’t be able to stop eating it. That’s why we make 32 oz each time for two of us. You can keep it in the refrigerator for several days so no worries if you make too much, just enjoy it over the next day or so.
